Introducing FirstBank Amphitheater, a world-class boutique amphitheater nestled within a beautiful, wooded, natural stone and park-like setting. Located at the Graystone Quarry in Thompson’s Station at the southern border of Franklin, Tennessee, FirstBank Amphitheater is planned to open later this year for memorable music experiences whenever fans and artists can gather for concerts again.
Our Environment. Our Backyard.
Leading the way in land & waterway reclamation
This reclaimed Limestone quarry was once filled with 900 tons of junk. We crushed the cement culverts leftover from Highway 65 construction and built our roads out of them. We recycled almost 250 tires and stacks of wire. We cleaned ponds and trails and made this a pristine, park like venue – literally tons better than we found it.
Leading the way in Plastic Free & Zero Landfill
We have a solid commitment and an ambitious plan for keeping waste out of local landfills! Our beverages will be served in infinitely recyclable aluminum – including being one of the first venues to break tradition with plastic water bottles and serve all water in BPA free aluminum bottles. Your delicious food will be served in compostable packaging including bar cups and utensils that are corn and plant based and all paper and carboard will be compostable. Two waste containers – one for aluminum and one for compostable, making it simpler than ever for you feel good about your contribution to the planet.
Leading the way in Local Support
We buy local when possible, supporting our area farms, artisans and small businesses, and reducing our carbon footprint. Recipes will highlight ingredients from ethical and sustainable TN farms. Leftover food will be donated to community causes. Non-profits will have opportunities to raise funds.
This is our yard, our neighborhood – and for many of our visitors, it’s yours, too. We’re thrilled to partner with our guests to keep it beautiful and leave it better than we found it.
