CONCESSIONS HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

The Concessions Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that guests receive an exceptional level of service by supervising Quick Serve staff and supporting the Quick Serve operations at all points of sale. They will assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to Quick Serve Leads and will monitor servers as they provide a variety of pre-made or fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items from Centerplate’s Quick Serve menu. Their top priority will be to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation are maintained. Style of service may be either take-away, restaurant-style or in-seat service format. They will circulate throughout assigned locations within the venue’s levels, decks and concourses to monitor service within kiosks, mobile stands, permanent stand fixtures or cafes/bistros. They are also responsible for suggestively selling food and beverage products, and at times novelty merchandise. They will process payment transactions and are responsible for maintaining Centerplate’s standards for cleanliness and sanitation. He or she will demonstrate a quality of work that supports Centerplate’s overall standards for service, accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

Job Summary:

An In-Seat Server is a member of the Quick Serve (Concessions) team. They are responsible for providing fast and efficient service by offering customers a variety of pre-made or made fresh-to-order snacks, beverages and entrée items from Centerplate’s Quick Serve menu with the convenience of taking orders from and delivering orders directly to the customer’s seat during games and events. They will typically operate a forklift, electric cart and other equipment, and will be responsible for strictly adhering to all Centerplate standards and established venue policies for accuracy, sanitation and workplace safety.

Requirements:

  • Must be a US citizen or be authorized to work in the US

  • 1year experience in a food service/operations/warehousing environment preferred
