Things To Know:

  • We are a fully outdoor venue. Masks & vaccinations are not required for our shows but they are strongly encouraged.
  • We are an exclusive Ticketmaster venue. Should you purchase tickets from a third party ticket agency, you're taking a risk. Ticketmaster’s purchase policy may be found here.
  • Parking in the Main Field Lot is included in your ticket price. The Main Grass Parking Field is a field with uneven surfaces, grass and dirt - so please wear comfortable shoes. 
  • We're an all outdoor venue - this is a RAIN or SHINE event. Please dress appropriately; no umbrellas allowed.
  • Upgraded Premium Lawn Parking is available for purchase in advance of show day on Ticketmaster.  
  • We have a clear bag policy. To reduce staff contact with your belongings and for faster entry, WE WILL ALLOW: Clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” OR small clutch bags (4.5” x 6.5” -- roughly the size of an index card) that can fit in your pockets. The small clutch bags do not need to be clear.
  • We have a limited number of clear bags available for sale onsite at the box office.
  • Check the list of non-permitted items you cannot bring into the amphitheater.  Please leave any of these items in your vehicle. 
  • We’re a cashless venue and do not accept cash . All points of sale, including Merchandise, will accept debit & credit cards only.
  • Your phone is your ticket. Make sure you have downloaded your ticket into your mobile wallet and have transferred them to friends in the Ticketmaster or Live Nation Apps.
  • We’re a non-smoking property. However, there’s a very small marked area located next to the men’s restroom building for smoking or vaping. 
  • Our Lost & Found is located in the Box Office building. We will hold any lost items onsite for up to 30 days from the show date.
  • Posters larger than 8.5 x 11 (a standard letter size piece of paper) in are not permitted into the venue. We do not allow in banners or signs that are larger than this due to the potential that they will block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist or guests.
  • Do your part. Please don’t come if you’re not feeling well! There will be other shows soon!

We offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue, from mixed drinks to wine to beer. Local craft beers will also be offered on site. Must be 21 years of age or older and provide a valid ID.
You are not permitted to bring in any alcoholic beverages into the parking lot or venue.
Tailgating is not permitted. Parking Lot Concessions will be open prior to doors for food and beverage purchases pre-show.


All Access Passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit to view any artist based VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. Please note, the box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.


If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider. The Amphitheater does not have tow or lockout services on site accept for days with rain/bad weather.  Local towing companies may be found here: ,,,


A Baby Changing Station is located in the Family Restroom in the main restroom building.


To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”  or small clutch bags (4.5”x 6.5”- approx size of an index card) that can fit in a pocket. The small clutches do not need to be clear. No other bags of any type will be allowed. Clear bags will be available for purchase in the Box Office.

We are providing a limited number of bicycle and motorcycle spaces. Locks and chains are not provided and the venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.


The Box Office is open on show days only. For most event days, the box office will open at noon and will remain open until the main act goes on stage. Tickets can be purchased for any FirstBank Amphitheater event online. Any ticketing related inquiries will go through Ticketmaster.


SUBJECT TO CHANGE - The standard venue policy allows camera phones and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 in- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing small cameras in.


The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind.


Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or an act of God. In the event of a show cancellation local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available via our social channels @firstbankamp. Contact your point of purchase for further information.


We will be hiring seasonal ushers, guest relations, box office, building operations, concession staff, security, and parking attendants. Please follow our social channels for job openings and updates!


Cell phones are permitted in the venue. 


All of our events are all ages unless stated otherwise. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap. Diaper bags, baby bjorns, and small bottles/milk are permitted but will be subject to search when entering the venue. 


The venue does not allow weapons or pocket knives of any kind in the venue. No patron will be allowed to enter the venue with a weapon. The venue will not secure weapons and will not take responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles. Any weapons in vehicles should be secured and locked.

No props or toys that appear to be weapons will be allowed.


We offer a wide variety of elevated southern food and beverage options throughout the venue.

Concessions are located on the main Ridge Level and the Canyon Level behind seating area 301-304. 


Any prop or toy that imitates a weapon will not be allowed into the venue. Please leave these items inside your vehicle. Other items include: gas masks, motorcycle helmets and/or frightening rubber masks, sharp corners and edges on clothing, any artificial blood, similar-looking liquids (if you are unsure, consult the FirstBank Amphitheater Team in advance.) We kindly ask all guests to refrain from using any political signs and symbols.

CREDIT CARDS/Debit cards

We are a cashless venue and do not accept cash. All concessions and merchandise stands only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Amex credit/debit cards.


Door times vary but are usually 90 minutes prior to show time. Please check the specific event page as these times are subject to change.


Guests entering the venue must be properly attired, which includes shoes. Proper clothing items must be worn at all times in the venue. Guests displaying obscene, indecent and/or inappropriate clothing are subject to management discretion and may be prohibited from entering or remaining in the venue.


Guests are not permitted to bring water bottles, empty aluminum bottles, camelbacks, or any refillable plastic water bottles. Water is available for purchase at the concession stands and it comes in an aluminum bottle that can be refilled at our water fountain located near the restroom building.


Any guest that is violating venue policy or law will be ejected from the property at the sole discretion of Management. Any offensive, rude, aggressive, dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the venue with no refund.



Vanderbilt LifeFlight has trained paramedics to assist with medical issues. The First Aid building is located house right of stage, and medical personnel will be roaming throughout. Any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed.


Venue Security and Police are on site during events as well, in the event additional assistance is needed.


We work closely to monitor dangerous weather conditions. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the Amphitheater as well as guests on their way to the venue. Please follow our social channels for the latest developments on event days:

We recommend visiting the artists website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.


No printed materials, flyers, or petitions onsite.


Any tickets sold which read GA indicate a general admission area that does not have assigned seating. While your ticket will show A row number and a seat number, this does not reserve you a space within that area.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy and state laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any tickets or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement. Any offensive, rude, aggressive, dangerous behavior will not be tolerated and will result in removal from the venue with no refund.


The venue strives to ensure that all of our fans have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here, please make sure you let us know in advance so we are able to see if it's something we can facilitate.


Accessible tickets can be purchased online via You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through Ticketmaster. ADA seats may sell out prior to the show, so please make sure you purchase ADA tickets in advance.

Day of Show Parking

Accessible Parking is located within each parking area. (For GA parking, ADA spaces are located in Lot 2.) Vehicles must have and display proper hangtags or license plates in order to utilize ADA parking. ADA parking spots are limited.

Unexpected Needs

If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through to exchange all tickets for accessible seating.


If you will need an interpreter or hearing assistance, please contact us at least 10 days in  advance of the show you will be attending. Please call 615-763-3367 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.


Designated accessible restrooms are available on site and are located at restroom locations.


If you bring an item to the venue that is not permitted we do NOT have an item check in or coat check on site. Guests will be asked to return said item to their vehicle or discard in the appropriate trash/recycling receptacle.


Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event- guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee. Please note we are only able to accommodate reprints for tickets that were purchased from a Ticketmaster authorized retailer.


If you lose an item while you are at an event- you can visit the INFO TENT located on the Ridge Level or the box office to see if it has been turned in. Graystone Quarry Music will hold any lost items onsite up to (7) days from the event.

First Aid is located to the right of the stage. We have Vanderbilt LifeFlight trained personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so at First Aid so the syringe can be properly disposed of.


It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security.


Merchandise will be available for all concerts. The main Merchandise stand is located on the Ridge level, and various pop up cart locations throughout the property. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style or message of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.


We have various photo opportunities throughout the property. Our main mural attraction is by the restroom building. Please be sure to tag @firstbankamp in your photos. We love to see our fans having the best experience at our shows!


The venue does not have any pay phones on site.


General Admission Parking is conveniently located onsite. Once you pull into the main gate entrance, you will be directed into a designated lawn area. Absolutely no street parking available. No oversized or commercial trucks, vans, trailers, and RVs are allowed.

If you want a more convenient parking space, you can upgrade to premium lawn parking for an additional fee when purchasing your ticket.

Videotaping/Recordings are never permitted during events. Please see event specific information related to audio recording as some artists do allow audio recording.


We participate in a venue wide recycling and sustainability program. All of our concession and catering products are compostable. To learn further details please visit our environment plan here. Please recycle where possible.


Re-Entry is not permitted in the venue unless otherwise instructed by venue management. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you arrive to the show before gates open, you will need to remain in the parking lot until gate opening time. If you do leave at any point in the evening- you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket. *If you are ejected from the venue due to a policy violation there will be no re-entry to the show allowed*.


We care about your safety. If you are unable to safely drive out of the venue, we encourage you to leave your car overnight and take a ride share home or catch a ride with a friend. If you intend to leave your car, you must pick up a parking hang tag from the ticket booth and place on your car mirror. Any vehicles that do not have this identifier will be towed from the property. If you do leave your car, pick up must happen by 10:00AM the next day or it will be towed.


Restroom buildings are located on the Ridge Level near the concessions buildings and info tent.


No Public Transportation. We have a designated Uber/Lyft drop off and pick up area for fans who are grabbing rides. We are not near a major city, please order your ride in advance as it takes awhile to get here.


Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.


We have Club Seating located in seating levels 101-103 and 201-205.                                  We have Box seating directly behind the 100 levels.
We have Cliffside Suite seating on Levels 1 and 2.


Like many venues and other large places of assembly, FirstBank Amphitheater has a “no pets” policy. However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as certified service animals. We are consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defining “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability and that the animal must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability and as such a person with a service animal, must purchase an ADA seat for space reasons.


Venue security is located throughout the venue and around the perimeter to ensure a safe and secure environment for our fans. All security personnel can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our onsite staff if any assistance is needed.


We have a limited smoking section located next to the men’s restroom building. Smoking/Vaping in any other area on property, including the parking lots. This includes cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes and any other similar product. 


Strollers are not permitted due to size and storage availability.


We offer a system called “Tag-A-Kid” that will aid in situations where a child may be separated from their parent or guardian. Simply stop by the Guest Services tent near the concessions area or the Box Office on show days to register your child’s emergency contact information and obtain a “Tag-A-Kid” wristband. If you are separated from your child during an event, track down any staff with a radio and report to the information booth and we will use the information provided to assist in reuniting you.


Traffic around FirstBank Amphitheater is assisted by Williamson County Police and a Professional Parking Company, PMC Parking. Various traffic plans have been approved to create the best experience for our fans and neighbors. We will be adjusting traffic flow and parking to improve fan and neighbor experience as we go. Please monitor traffic surrounding the area and plan accordingly when coming to the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social channels: @firstbankamp


Umbrellas are not permitted however you can bring your own poncho if needed. Ponchos are available for purchase at the concession stands.


We have LED screens on each side of the stage to improve fan experience. Various venue messaging will be displayed on the screens.


The VIP Club is a private lounge with an outside patio for our Boxes, Club Seats and Cliffside Suite ticket holders. The club will open an hour and a half before doors. VIP Club season pass guests will have access to an air conditioned indoor space, restroom facilities, waterfall views, fire pits, premium cash bar and occasional live entertainment. Interested in hosting your friends, family or co-workers before a show? You need to contact your group sales rep to purchase group tickets to the show, and then fans have the opportunity to rent out various space options on the Graystone Quarry property. An event may be delayed, postponed, or cancelled depending on the severity of the weather expected.


Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office on show days only. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service at 800-653-8000.

Health & Safety Guidelines

COVID-19 Testing Or Vaccination (Before October 4)

    • Please note this show is requiring all fans to provide PRINTED proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the event OR full vaccination for entry. 
      • All fans must have received a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry to the facility and provide printed proof of a negative result prior to entering the venue. Or, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide proof of vaccination - either the original vaccination card or a printed copy of the vaccination card. 
      • Unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to take a COVID-19 diagnostic test within 48-hours before entry to the facility and will provide printed proof of negative result prior to entering the venue.

COVID-19 Testing Or Vaccination (After October 4)

We’re committed to doing everything we can to ensure we can continue bringing amazing live concerts to fans. Starting October 4th, prior to entry into Ascend, ALL shows will require attendees to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test result within 72 hours of the event OR full COVID-19 vaccination (at least two weeks after final dose). Proof must be a PRINTED copy of a negative test result or vaccination, or the original vaccination card.

Please note that requirements and venue protocols, such as testing and vaccination are subject to change, so be sure to check back closer to your event date for the latest information.


What kind of COVID-19 test is considered a diagnostic test?

A PCR or antigen COVID-19 test will be accepted - please be sure to bring printed proof of your negative test result, dated and time-stamped.

Will at home COVID-19 tests be accepted?

At-home covid test results will only be accepted if there is a link to results you can print from a medical platform.

I have received my first COVID-19 vaccination dose, will my first dose vaccination card be accepted at entry?

Proof of full vaccination requires the last vaccination dose to be administered at least two weeks prior to the event date. If your dose is from a vaccine series that requires two doses, full vaccination status requirement would be met only 14 days after the second dose. For those guests who have only received the first of two doses, proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test will be required, and taken within 72 hours prior to the event date.

How soon to the event date should I take a COVID-19 diagnostic test?

For events that require proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test, most events are requiring the test to be taken within 72 hours prior to the event date. Check the event details page for Health Check requirements for your specific event.

A member of our group is under 12 years of age and is ineligible for vaccination, can he/she still attend an event requiring vaccination?

When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, any unvaccinated fans under 12 years of age will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test taken within 72 hours prior to entering the venue.

I am ineligible for vaccination due to underlying health conditions, am I still able to attend my event?

When an event requires proof of a negative COVID-19 test or proof of vaccination, unvaccinated fans with a valid medical restriction will be required to provide printed proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test prior to entering the venue.

Will I have to wear a mask?

Guests are encouraged to wear a mask if they’d like to.

Bag Policy

Mobile Ticketing

All 2021 events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print (for previously scheduled shows where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honored accordingly).

You have two options to access your tickets:

1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Live Nation App. 

- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.

- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!

- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry

2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting Live Nation on your mobile browser.

- On your mobile phone, visit in your web browser and select My Tickets.

- Sign in and select your desired order.

- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!

- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.

Additional Tips:

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.

- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.

- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).

- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.

Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

Mask Policy

The CDC strongly recommends that all fans who are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings unless they are actively eating, drinking or are otherwise exempt from having to wear a face covering.

Fully vaccinated individuals are not required to wear a face covering.

Cashless Payment

All points of sale will only accept credit, debit or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).

Enhanced Cleaning & Sanitization

Enhanced protocols have been instituted throughout the entire venue. Before and after each show all high touch areas, including seats, handrails, concessions stands, restrooms and merchandise stands will be disinfected.

Clorox Hand Sanitizing Dispensers will be located prominently throughout the venue. Each unit will be checked every 30 minutes to ensure the units have adequate product.

Clorox Disinfectant wipes will be readily available in high-touch areas, including bathrooms, dining & picnic tables, bars and concessions areas throughout the venue.
