The show will go on whatever the weather. Unless it’s looking extra gnarly. Check our socials for any changes. Opt in for text alerts for the concert you're attending by visiting our social media on day of show. 

PARKING 

Parking in the Main Field Lot is included in your ticket price. The Main Field Parking is grass with uneven surfaces and dirt - plan and dress accordingly. 

From the main gate, the walk to the back of the Quarry to the amphitheater is approximately 1/4 mile with a slight upward grade (it’s an ADA compliant slope). There are a few places to sit and rest along the way if needed.  If you need more assistance, please see the ADA section. 

RIDE SHARE

We have a designated Uber/Lyft drop off and pick up area for fans who are using rideshares. We strongly recommend scheduling ride pickup requests ahead of time.

Important: The rideshare drop off is not the ADA drop off. For an ADA drop off, please go to the Main Field Parking lot and then pull into the drop lane by the main pedestrian walkway.

WHEN YOU GET HERE

You know the drill — metal detectors, maybe a pat down, and a bag check if you’ve got one. Be prepped — check out our bag policy, and what you can and cannot bring in our FAQs.

BAG POLICY

We allow clear bags no larger than 12”x6”x12” and unclear bags no larger than 6”x9”. This applies to all bags including totes, clutches, and fanny packs. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). Cash to Card kiosk located in North Plaza. For fans that wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be available at the upsell tent, located in both the North and South concession plazas.

BOX OFFICE

The Box Office is open on show days only and opens 1 hour before show time. Tickets can be purchased for any FirstBank Amphitheater event here. Any ticketing related inquiries will go through Ticketmaster customer service.

TAILGATE BAR

Beat the traffic and get the night started early! The Tailgate Bar opens 30 minutes after parking opens and offers a full concessions menu, beer, wine, restrooms, and a live DJ before the show. It’s a great way to arrive early, avoid peak entry traffic, and kick off your concert experience! The Tailgate Bar closes 30 minutes after venue doors open.
